Exactly 3 years in the making!
Today, April 1st 2009 traveler has returned home! It is not a joke! Traveler has finished its journey which took exactly 3 years. It was sent April 1st 2006. I will be posting news in a few days. First I need to put my thoughts together and get over the excitement.

Hi all,
The Traveller is still safe and sound in New Zealand. It’s liking it too much here, it didn’t want to leave. I took the photo on 1 March 2009. What a fun day that was. I’ve been dreaming up the shot I wanted to take for so long now - blue skies, azure seas, lush greens and some movement. A perfect lomo moment. And one that connects with New Zealand.
A few technical email hiccups have meant I didn’t get Wojtek’s forwarding address to send on to.
And apologies for the delay in posting anything on here!! I need to figure out how to get the photos uploaded. The photos will tell you the story I went through… :o)
Thank you Wojtek for involving me in this project, it’s been a real privilege to be part of something so creative. I’ve also loved reading everyone’s entries in the notebook. I look forward to see what happens next…

Traveler at the beach!
I decided to go to a few places before settling at Arab street to take the shot. A piece of history was captured on 31st January 2009, 430pm at Haji Lane.
